Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales rep with oil field related sales experience selling completion technology chemicals and services. The ideal candidate is energetic, and is capable of maintaining and developing customer relationships. This position requires an enthusiastic and hands-on individual who enjoys a quick-paced environment. We are a fast-paced, safety focused, continuous improvement based company.


Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and manage qualified sales opportunities.
  • Be responsible for achieving a quarterly sales goal and an annual sales quota.
  • Have a history of success selling products and services.
  • Have established oil and gas field contacts.
  • Coordinates or assists with negotiation and execution of supply contracts and Master Service Agreements.
  • Help assure that all proposals meet requirements and are submitted on time.
  • Utilizes information provided by technical rep and customer interviews to develop propositions for the customer.
  • Develop and maintain contact activities with non-buying prospects and identify future opportunities.
  • Actively seeks information from customers to develop new RCK technology and/or services.
Job Requirements 

Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred.
  • 2+ year’s proven sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% when required within the assigned region.
  • Hands-on position with frequent visits to the field to meet with customers and service personnel.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate in tense and high stakes situations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
  • Experience with selling with little or no direct supervision.
  • Some travel required including overnight stays.
